1. 230 FIFTH ROOFTOP GARDEN BAR & RESTAURANT

A greenery lined rooftop bar overlooking Flatiron, 230 Fifth has been a landmark hotspot for New Yorkers to unwind. Happy hour specials include discounted appetizers. 2. TOP OF THE STRAND

Top of the Strand is an intimate yet lively rooftop lounge with front row views of the Empire State Building. With a retractable roof, the bar remains a popular nightlife attraction all year round.

3. LE BAIN at the STANDARD, HIGHLINE

If you’re looking to move your feet, then dance your way to Le Bain, an upbeat club featuring world renowned DJ’s and overlooking the Hudson River. “You absolutely must go during sunset,” advises Racquel Popovic, Mirador’s licensed real estate salesperson. “Even the bathrooms have windows so you can enjoy the view while you go!

4. BERRY PARK

Enjoy German-inspired interiors and an European beer list with expansive views of Williamsburg at Berry Park’s rooftop bar. “I love coming here to watch soccer with my friends,” shares Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Rafal Zbrzezny. “I just found out you can play corn hole on weekends there so I’m excited to go back!”

The Roof is a craft beer and wine bar located on top of Whole Foods in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Mirador’s Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Cheriece White, is a frequent visitor of The Roof for their “tasty food, casual vibe, and nice views.”

6. LOOPY DOOPY

The Loopy Doopy rooftop lounge offers impressive views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. “I always go for their signature ice pop champagne,” says Leslie Zemnick, Director of Operations at Mirador. “It’s what they’re best known for; they are refreshing and delicious!”

7. HOTEL CHANTELLE

Comprised of 3 floors, Hotel Chantelle is a bar, restaurant, and club all in one. The venue features retro interior designs, an indulgent American menu, and eclectic music. “It is usually crowded on weekends so Thursday nights are better. On Saturdays, it’s a great day-drinking spot so go for brunch!” licensed real estate salesperson Kunal suggests.

8. MR. PURPLE

Located on the 15th floor of Hotel Indigo, Mr. Purple combines the vibrant and artist-loft ambiance of the Lower East Side on its lively rooftop bar. Here, you will find cushioned lounge chairs, a swimming pool, and innovative twists on classic cocktails.

9. PHD TERRACE at DREAM MIDTOWN

Resembling a luxe penthouse, PHD Terrace provides an upbeat dance floor and an intimate outdoor space on the roof with expansive views of Times Square.

10. ROCK & REILLY’S

Rock & Reilly’s elicits the communal spirit of an Irish pub with a modern vibe. The rooftop patio overlooks the Garment District with outdoor seating where guests enjoy American cuisine and watch sports games.
